Most of the bait rings fitted to PFD's do not have a rated breaking strength, this one does! Stay safe. Fit the ring onto the rear of the chest harness of a white-water PFD to be ready to connect to a rescue line for a "Live Bait" deployment. The ring also offers a large target for rescuers to contact into if you are in trouble in the water.
