- What is a cross over kayak?
Cross over kayaks are a hybrid of both whitewater and touring style designs and offer great versatility. Typically, around 10'-11' long these kayaks are much more manoeuvrable than similarly sized recreation or touring kayaks but can also be used for day trips as they will be a faster than a whitewater kayak. You'll also find features like a drop down skeg and stern dry storage for everything you might need on your adventure!
