The Impact deck is Palm's range topping shock cord deck. It's recently been updated for modern cockpit shapes and a subtle change of appearance.
A strong 9.5 mm shock cord holds the deck securely in place, and the seamless O-ring seal keeps the waist tube where you want it. The Nytex reinforced rim shrugs off wear and tear, and a three-quarter dry lip seals water out. These decks are very popular with white water or freestyle kayakers who demand a performance fit and dry boat! Super dry when on the boat, but not ideal for the first timer. These decks ae tight to get on!
