Easy to open and pack, easy accurate when throwing, attachment points and a good 10mm floating rope that is easy to use / hang on to in rescue situations. HFs unique bag design has a built in throwing handle that helps achieve exceptional distance and accuracy and makes scooping water fast and simple for re-throwing. Includes quick release strap.
