If your looking for a sturdy 4 part paddle to either be your main travelling companion or emergency paddle option the Aqua Bound Shred is a great choice. The carbon shaft is strong yet light, and has a great feel. The glass reinforced Nylon blades are also lightweight but really stiff, producing a really good positive stroke. The push button joints are simple to use but lock in securely.
