Kokatat makes some of the best paddling gear out there, and we’ve been using and selling it for over a decade. With System X closing, we’re thrilled to step up and ensure that access to Kokatat gear remains strong. By handling imports ourselves, we can continue to offer the same great range of products without added delays.

- Can I place orders custom Drysuits with you?
At the moment Kokatat aren't building custom suits due to supply chain issues but please check back soon for more updates.
- Who is going to be doing Kokatat servicing?
Ant from Hot Melt Kayaks is now the official UK Kokatat Service Centre. This means you can still get your drysuit fully water-tested, patched, and have seals replaced by an experienced, Kokatat-trained technician right here in the UK.

- I want a Kokatat product not listed on your website, what should I do?
If you're looking for a Kokatat product that we don’t currently list, get in touch with us! We’ll be happy to discuss ordering it for you, subject to US stock availability. Please note that we can only import ISO-approved PFDs, so some items may not be available—sorry!
- Will there be any delays in getting Kokatat gear?
No! If anything, managing the imports ourselves gives us better control over stock availability. We’ll be working closely with Kokatat to maintain a steady flow of products, and our website will always have the latest stock updates.
- Do you still offer warranties and support for Kokatat gear?
Absolutely. As an official importer, all Kokatat products purchased from us are covered by their manufacturer warranty. If you have any issues, we’re here to help—just get in touch!
